Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Standard Ground Shipping orders are usually shipped within 4 business days from the time the
order is received. You can expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 business days of the shipment
date. Online Order Tracking is available 24 hours after purchase. Please be aware that it can take
up to 36 hours before any transit information is available on the shipping companies Web site.
For Comfort ServiceSM Delivery, Setup & Removal, a Comfort Service Representative will contact you
within 5 to 7 business days from the date of your purchase to confirm your information and discuss the
next steps. You can expect delivery with 10 to 14 business days from time of purchase.

Q: What if I change my address?
A: Because the Limited Warranty on our beds is a full 20 years, it is important to keep your file up
to date. If you move or change your name, please update your account online in your Bed Owners
account or e-mail us.

Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: If you forget your password click on the link "Forgot password?" on the Bed Owners landing
page, enter your e-mail address and click on "Submit". Your password will be sent to your e-mail address.

Q: How do I update my personal or account information?
A: The best way to update your personal or account information is to Register in the Bed Owners
portal. If you have already registered, Login here. Once logged in, click on "View/Edit Profile". Here
you will find a summary of your account information. Click on the corresponding "Edit" link for the section that you'd like to update.
