Q: What is Macromedia Flash Player? Where can I get it?

A: Macromedia Flash Player is free software that allows you to view videos online. Many web
browsers, including the current version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, install Macromedia Flash
Player automatically.

version for optimal video performance.

Q: Why am I not able to view video?

A: If you have already installed Macromedia Flash Player, check the following list of most common
reasons for video failing to display.

  • Do you have a pop-up blocker or high security settings/software enabled? Pop-up blockers
    and security settings/software can interfere with viewing videos on the web.
  • Do you use a modem or have a low connection speed? Our videos work best on a high-speed
    Internet connection such as T1, cable modem or DSL.

 Q: Why can't I hear sound while watching videos?

A: Most of our videos have sound. If you are not hearing sound while the video is playing please
check the following:

  • Make sure your computer has speakers and that they are connected correctly. 
  • Be sure the volume is turned on and set to a reasonable level.

Q: I am getting a Site Certificate Error in Internet Explorer. What does this mean?

A: If you see "This page requires a secure connection which includes server authentication. Site
Certificate from unknown or untrusted source. Do you want to proceed?" You will have to
chose to select "Yes" or "No". If you select "Yes" to proceed, you will be able to complete your
transaction online. If you select "No" to proceed, please contact us at 1-888-411-2188 to complete
