NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND D.C., AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility: Select Comfort “Twas the Night Before SLEEP” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), sponsored by Select Comfort Corporation (“Sponsor”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Fleishman-Hillard, Promotion Activators, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their respective spouses) and persons living in the households of each are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the fifty (50) United States, and where ever prohibited. Entry in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
 
2. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes begins on November 17, 2009 at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 15, 2009 at 11:59:59 a.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). To enter, visit www.sleepnumber.com/holiday and follow the onscreen instructions to complete and submit the registration form that includes your valid home address. Upon completion of the online entry form, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. Limit: One (1) entry per day per email address/person during the Promotion Period. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” shall be defined as 12:00:00 p.m. ET to 11:59:59 a.m. ET. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void all of that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification. Proof of entering information on Sponsor’s website is not considered proof of delivery or receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the property of the Sponsor, and none will be returned.
 
3. Drawings: The Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. On or about December 21, 2009, Administrator will randomly select one (1) Grand Prize winner and three (3) Runner Up Prize winners from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by Federal Express on or about December 22, 2009, and must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity release (where permitted) within fourteen (14) days from the date on the written prize notification letter or prize may be forfeited. The potential Runner Up Prize winners will be notified by December 22, 2009. Runner up prizes will be mailed within 6-8 weeks of verification. Failure to comply with these requirements for any reason, or return of the prize notification letter as undeliverable or refused, may result in forfeiture of prize. If the potential Grand Prize winner is eighteen (18) years of age or older, but considered a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded on minor’s behalf to the parent/legal guardian of minor, who must execute and return any required documents as noted previously in these Official Rules. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or if prize is returned as undeliverable, prize may be forfeited. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements stated herein. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants.
 
4. Prizes:  One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Queen Sleep Number® p5 bed set and UPS shipping. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $2,049.97.
 
Three (3) Runner Up Prizes: Three (3) Runner up winners will receive the winner’s choice (subject to availability) of one (1) of the following prizes:

- Standard Sleep Number® Custom Contour or Classic pillow. $89.99
- Queen Sleep Number® In Balance™ sheet set. ARV: $169.99

- Queen Sleep Number® Create Your Perfect Comforter. ARV: $169.99
- Two (2) Standard Sleep Number® True Silver™ pillow protectors. ARV: $59.98
- Sleep Number® Maternity pillow. ARV: $39.99
 
Total maximum ARV of all prizes up to $2,559.94. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit: One (1) prize per person/email address/household.
 
5. Release: As a condition of entering, entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if an eligible minor) agree (and agree to confirm in writing) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Fleishman-Hillard, Promotion Activators, Inc, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or useor misuse of any prize.
 
6. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. 
7.General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will randomly award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
 
8. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or useor misuse of any prize. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. 
9. Disputes: By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Minnesota without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts for Minneapolis, MN.
 
10. Winner List: Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than 1/15/10. For the Winner List, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Select Comfort “Twas the Night for SLEEP” Winners, 6240 Oakton Street, Morton Grove, IL 60053. Complete Official Rules will be available at www.sleepnumber.com/holiday during the Promotion Period, or you may obtain a copy of the Official Rules by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope for receipt by 1/15/10 to: Select Comfort “Twas the Night for Sleep” Sweepstakes Rules Request, 6240 Oakton Street, Morton Grove, IL 60053. VT residents may omit return postage on rules requests.
