Title: Communications Coordinator

Description:
This position will be the gatekeeper responsible for all communications to our retail field.  The position entails delivering the communications in a timely, prioritized, high quality, and consistent manner for maximum impact and desired execution.

Major Responsibilities Include:

  • Gatekeeper responsible for all communications to the retail field.
  • Responsible for writing communications on any topic related to the retail field based on daily and weekly business needs.
  • Responsible for writing all promotional announcements and maintaining the promotional calendar.
  • Write, route, obtain approval and post the weekly newsletter.
  • Design, update and maintain the retail intranet.
  • Update and maintain all policies, procedures and reference documents/manuals as it relates to formatting and consistency.
  • Participate in cross functional teams pertaining to retail and lead retail project teams on a variety of subjects as assigned.

Major Responsibilities Include:

  • Minimum of 3 years retail background.
  • Background in written business and/or retail communication.
  • Experience with HTML and Dreamweaver preferred.
  • Four year BS degree in Business Communication or equivalent.
  • Strong follow-up, attention to detail, and strong organization is a must.
  • Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.
  • Ability to quickly access priorities and manage multiple projects.
  • Availability for on call work regarding emergency communications.

Title: Online Marketing Specialist

Description:
This position is responsible for the execution of a variety of online marketing activities to drive web traffic, leads, and online sales is essential.  An additional key objective is to help drive education of consumers for the benefit of all channels.  Additionally, this person will drive many changes to the web site - both changes to content and new functionality as well as be counted on to analyze the business and identify opportunities for improvement.

The successful incumbent will need to keep up with the current evolution of online technology, have strong analytical skills and have a drive for improvement to the business.


Major Responsibilities Include:

  • Pay per click advertising - manage the budget and analyze PPC performance.
  • Online promotions - collaborate with corporate promotions team to execute online promotions.
  • Web site content management - keep the site current to reflect changes to the business.
  • Web site functionality - identify, plan and execute changes to web site functionality.  Keep current with emerging trends in the online world.
  • Email marketing - collaborate with CRM group to plan email marketing campaigns.



Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years online marketing experience; 5+ years preferred.
  • Bachelors Degree, ideally in Marketing, Economics, Finance or equivalent experience is required.
  • Great knowledge of the evolving online industry.
  • Strong technical skills preferred.
  • Experience with social media preferred.
