Title: Inventory Control Analyst
Description:
Leads the inventory control processes on the assigned department at the plant level. The ICA implements systems, policies, procedures and standards for processes with in the production facility.
Major Responsibilities Include:
- Manages and ensure the cycle counting program, gives guidance to the different team mangers in this process, sets up goals and metrics for their specific area, and strives for 100% physical and system match.
- Ensures the success of the yearly physical inventory and ensures that it is performed in compliance with the corporate policy.
- Manages various areas of all the Inventory Control system (Oracle), Inventory Control set ups and Maintenance, New item set-up, and Perform ABC velocity analysis and adjust the system accordingly.
- Assist the Operations Finance team with month end activities.
- Implement programs to ensure that the product that is approaching warehouse life is proactively monitored and that the planners are effectively moving the product to eliminate possible loss of revenue.
- Coordinating the Physical Inventory including, but not limited to, system preparation, creating count teams, equipment rental and inventory tag purchases.
- Drives for a “visual” factory type of environment in their facility and area.
- Trains employees on the use of the system on everything related to inventory transactions and traceability moves.
- Monitoring, tracking and correcting shipping errors.
- Daily cycle counts are performed. Reconcile cycle count differences daily to identify problems. Drives corrective action logs with the team managers.
- Reconciling of Period End Cycle Counting process.
- Monitoring of all inventory reports.
- Implementation of proper Quality Hold procedures.
- Aging/Obsolete inventory report is monitored on a weekly basis.
- Proper coordination of product donations, dumps, and employee sales with in corporate guidelines.
Requirements:
- Two or more years experience in inventory control, logistics or related functions.
- Development and implementation of new inventory control processes preferred.
- Oracle experience highly preferred.
- Minimum two year degree in business or related field required.
- CPIM, APICS or other would be desirable.
- Oracle, SAP or other ERP software knowledge.
- MS Office (Mainly strong in Excel & Access).
- Must be able to travel an work long hours as needed .
- Must be able to work weekends as needed.

Title: Compliance Manager
Description:
Serve as the internal expert on government regulations and requirements for the design and manufacturing of the product. Included in scope are federal 1633/1632 and state fire retardency regulations, allergen, mold and mildew programs, UL, lead, and others. The incumbent in this position will help develop the programs, train personnel on the execution of the programs, monitor compliance, and do periodic audits.
Major Responsibilities Include:
- Plans, directs and controls the execution of the company-wide 1633/1632 FR program.
- Ensure policies and procedures are documented and adhered to within the individual programs.
- Evaluates the process to ensure efficient compliance.
- Develops and manages regulatory programs to include allergen, lead, and other chemicals.
- Serves as the expert for the product and manufacturing team with respect to applicable federal, state or local regulations.
- Develops and executes a cadence for auditing that ensure ongoing compliance and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- 4+ managing regulatory programs in a manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to formalized product development processes.
- Direct experience with regulatory officials.
- Proven ability to learn and interpret new regulations.
- BS in Business, Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to influence.
- Willingness to travel.

Title: Six Sigma Black Belt
Description:
Six Sigma Black Belt’s for Customer Experience are targeted with executing projects to set a new standard in Customer Experience. You will be working on opportunities that will focus on providing a level of service that exceeds our customers’ expectations and contributes to an exceptional customer experience.
Major Responsibilities Include:
- Execute Six Sigma projects in the area of Customer Experience/Satisfaction
- Institutionalize and champion Six Sigma principles throughout the organization
- Mentor and coach Greenbelts
- Obtain Black Belt certification through training, passing the BB exam and completing 6 projects
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills Strong analytical skills and natural affinity to analyze & mine data for problem solving
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and communicate teams' progress to Champions, Business Leaders, and Master Black Belts.

- Bachelor's Degree is required and advanced education is desirable
